We have been experiencing a high volume of messages lately, and we are doing our best to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.

To assist you in the best possible way, if your message is regarding new symptoms  our care coordinator, Brynn, will be in contact to schedule an appointment. 


If you are needing a prescription refill, please contact your pharmacy and allow three business days to process the request. 


If this is time sensitive please call the office for Brynn to better assist you.
